ICP3 [single stage centrifugal pump, up to 45 kW]
The ICP3 pump is a successful expansion of the ICP2 pump which has proven itself as a very reliable process pump in the general processing industries. Electropolished stainless steel, standard motors and seals form the main characteristics of these pump series. All these characteristics together with the solid construction and the large passages, make these pumps excellent to pump impure, aggressive and light chemical liquids.
ICP3 Process pump:
- Made in stainless steel 316L
- Pump casing and backplate in formed plate with thicknesses up to 30 mm and 8 mm respectively
- Surface finish: electropolished
- Mechanical seals according to DIN 24960
- Motor according to IEC
- The standard connections are DIN 2642 flanges
- Modular concept
- Extra corrosion resistant
- Closed duplex impellers, cast according to the lost wax principle. Large passage, excellent for liquids containing small impurities. The blades are bent three dimensionally with a very low NPSH value
