Other Industries

The processing of stainless steel holds no secrets for Packo. Our stainless steel components, equipment, services and processing units are, next to the food and pharmaceutical industries, used in diverse branches of industry.
ICP2, ICP3 and ICP4
For over 20 years the ICP2 pump has proven itself as a very reliable process pump in the general processing industries. After the successful expansion with the ICP3 pump, the quest for larger flows and heads has led to the development of the new ICP4 pump. Electropolished stainless steel, standard motors and seals form the main characteristics of these pump series. All these characteristics together with the solid construction and the large passages, make these pumps excellent to pump impure, aggressive and light chemical liquids.

NP63, NP66 and NP68
The Packo NP63, NP66 and NP68 pumps are small, single stage, stainless steel centrifugal pumps designed for general industrial applications. They offer good value for money in a modular and functional construction. This range is limited to 45 m³/h / 200 US.GPM - 18 m/60ft. - 2.2kW / 3HP.

ISP and IRP
The ISP self priming and IRP air handling pump series are derived from the ICP pump series.

Multi stage pump
High pressure process pump. Suited to systems containing filters or heat exchangers where high pressure and low flow is required.

Axial flow pumps
The AX is designed for efficiently transporting high flows at low heads in the general industrial applications, e.g. water purification industries. It is also used for mixing products in suspension.

Free passage pumps
The Packo industrial IFF2 and cleanable IFF4 pumps are standard single stage centrifugal pumps with a (slightly) deeper pump casing allowing solids to pass through the pump. The VDVM range with vortex impeller and the VDKM with channel impeller are the stainless steel reference for carefully pumping vulnerable, fibrous or abrasive solids in suspension. Typical applications are the handling of waste water, tannery waste, textile (foaming dyes), offal, etc.

Immersable pumps
The pump casing of the IM range is submersed in the fluid. No mechanical seal is required. This makes this construction ideal for f.i. hot oil, abrasive slurries, metal finishing coatings, ...

Custom-made constructions
Thanks to its flexible organisation and its strong know-how, Packo has become a specialist in the construction of tailor-made pumps. These pumps are developed in accordance with our customers needs for end users, OEM's or other pump manufacturers.
