IFF2 & IFF4 [vortex pumps]

The IFF (with vortex impellers) are derived from the ICP pump series. Application: Process pump to pump liquids with a larger amount of solid particles or longer fibers.

 

IFF 2

 

  • Made in stainless steel 316L
  • IFF2: pump casing and backplate in formed plate with thicknesses up to 6 mm
  • IFF2: depending on the application the impellers are cast according to the lost wax principle or welded and are supplied either open or semi-open
  • Surface finish: electropolished
  • Mechanical seals according to DIN 24960
  • Motor according to IEC
  • The pumps are suitable for liquids with solid particles
  • IFF2: the standard connections are BSP (male) or DIN 2642 flanges

 

 

 

 

IFF4

 

  • Made in stainless steel 316L
  • IFF4: pump casing and backplate fabricated in cold-rolled plate with thicknesses up to 30 mm
  • IFF4: the impellers are welded and semi-open
  • Surface finish: electropolished
  • Mechanical seals according to DIN 24960
  • Motor according to IEC
